Why don't we get any WP from reparing and guarding tanks? What about spawning in infantry through a CRU? I mean I have multiple LLAV fits wich include CRU spawner, Armor and Shield rep, Dedicated armor rep, dedicated shield Rep, and yes murder taxi. But by being a dedicated LLAV I get 0 WP and most of the time I lose the LLAV because of enemy fire. Without hardeners to protect myself and only mods to aid others I have to hope this tank I'm repping eaither A)Doesn't back into me and instantly kill me or B) The guys killing the tank doesn't relize I'm keeping him alive and decide to shoot me. Or while I'm racing around from objective to objective I have to hope the blues are smart enough to spawn on my mobile CRU, jump out of the LLAV, and hack the objective. Not just sit around hoping to get free points from road kills.
Finaly I want to say...FIX THE LLAV INFANTRY REP TOOL! That thing heals around 200 armor/shield per second! You only need to have it on a guy for 1 to 2 seconds before he is completly healed giving you 50wp (cool) but you then have to wait 30 seconds for the cool down (why?). The only real reason to use it at the moment is to turn a heavy into a superhuman bulletproof walking death machine, ohh yeah doing that gives you 0 WP also.
TL;DR - LLAV rep tool is broken. WP for being a dedicated LLAV are also broken. |

I dont agree with the TL;DR though.
to fix LLavs? remove the default 30% resists they get on the frame without skills or modules.
Then they can actually die and we can move on with our lives. |

You're missing the point, that 30% is what allows my LLAV to survive 1 swarm volley while I'l repping a tank. without it the vehcile is usless. CCP just needs to add more ways of getting WP then just running people over. |

Agreed, LAV's need to be effective support with some strength and firepower.

On that note, one of the things that needs to happen is to stop them from remaining Murder Taxis... hopefully 1.4 solves that part. |
