I've had several people ask me if there would be a Drunk Night this week due to the war. The answer to that is Drunk Night > War. Everything will happen as usual. Starts at 9PM ET/0100 GMT. The giveaway will happen in the first couple of hours. Last week was a lot of fun, even though I woke up with a sore back and a bloody leg. Hopefully we still get a solid turnout.
If you decide to do PC, no hard feelings at all. I imagine the numbers will be decreased this week, but you're more than welcome to pop in throughout the night.
As of now, the giveaway is at 40 million. The reason last week was so successful was because of all the donations I received for the giveaway. I keep track of every Drunk that donates and will be doing a random drawing at a later date for something along the lines of a $50 PSN card. The number of entries you receive will be based on how many million ISK you donate. For example, if you donate 5 million, you get 5 entries. Donations should be send to the character named DRUNK NIGHT. His wallet will only show donations and the giveaway, so if any proof or whatever is needed, let me know.

The idea behind Drunk Night is to have 1 night a week where corporation and alliance mean nothing. It's a laid back environment with no political meta drama. We talk, drink, and get to know each other as community members. It's the only event that I know of that does that. Anyone is welcome. We have even done a PC battle that had members from 4 alliances on our team. It's just a fun time, man. It's an escape from the normal Dust experience and promotes getting to know the community better. |
