its a sandbox game, the players make the game. so if its any1s fault then its the players. there r plenty of problems in gameplay that CCP should take care of but when it comes to PC i think this is exacctly what CCP wanted to do. leave it to the players and if no1 attacks EON or who ever, thats not CCPs problem to fix. just wanted to state my opinion, not like its gonna change anything |

At some point CCP will look at PC and open things up for a greater amount of players, you, know, soonGäó. Doesn't matter who's running things then, still EoN, their successors, who ever.
Right now, nothing remarkable happened.
Hundreds of people crying because of PC and their fails in this forum. Some people who claim to "search for competition" or "want to help indie corps", but on the other hand gather everybody behind them, because they fear to lose matches. People who only think about ISK and (for some reason) believe it is something importance.
Best games happen in public, with 4 full squads involved and 8 random good players. What you want more? |

It's the cost of the clone packs and the number of clones that are preventing attacks on Eon. I don't think many people feel that confident in winning battles against them so to throw millions of isk at "fun" seems like a stupid proposition.
Either lower clone packs or increase the payouts in pub matches. I would think CCP could increase activity in PC by adjusting the clone pack size and cost on a regular basis to shake things up in Molden Heath.
People want to PC badly, but the cost and lack of a training area for a corporation getting started prohibits them from participating.
To blame the players for this is beyond ignorant. |

What happens when core mechanics are not fixed for months? You get stuck on terrain, OP weapons left unchecked for months?
The player base drop from 9000 to 2000? No rollover system being implemented after it being promised? The player base saying the Academy was too short and they shorten it some more?
PC is the way it is not because EON is soooo dominant, its like that because there is no one left to play this game.
It is not that people wont attack EON, there isn't anyone left to attack EON, because most people got fed up.
Sure, you could say the players have no balls to attack EON, I think there just isn't enough of anyone to give a **** about anything anymore.
but hey, that is just my two cents as well. |

It seems if you have no allies and no districts, you can only attack people with 100 clones you get in the starter pack. Now assuming all the top tier has all the territory, are incredibly well financed because of it, low middle tier corps dont really stand too much of a chance.
So outside of doing it for the lols whats the point? Lols are enough for some people (like me) but it makes the grand end game of Dust really shallow imo. |

Yeah, There's a reason that nobody is fighting it's because there's nearly noone here. CCP can fix many problems, it will take time, but things like the academy can be fixed by a simple number change.
Rollover SP might be a little more difficult to code but in creasing the SP to WP ratio would help
Terrain, and OP weapons are a huge issue, CCP needs to comunicate with their customers. |
