How could it be implemented? Because I train newbs in my corp all the time. I dont see how it could work without denying people being able to play with eachother because of stats or gear etc.

If anyone can explain how it could actually work please enlighten me, I have over 15million sp and the majority of my corp have between 4 and 8 mil sp.

Match making doesn't have to be segregated tier limits. They just need to balance it out so that one team isn't getting everyone out of Battle Academy while the other side has two six man squads q-synced ready to pubstomp.

 Use your noggin.

The concept is simple enough, there's lots of options for achieving the desired outcomes.

 Example:
Put all squads in one queue, all solos in another. When filling slots in a match, put the biggest squad in the squad queue in Team A, then the next biggest in Team B. Do that until there are none left to fit, then fill the gaps with solos.

In that way you'll at least have large squads on both sides.

Matchmaking by SP is another option, same as above but take squad average SP as the criteria. OR restrict loadouts in certain battles. Or make it so that FW has fixed faction fittings and everyone uses the same gear for that faction (Amarr with scramblers and lasers etc).

Makes sense yeah, all iv seen is pure whining about it being made into generic matchmaking but no other ways to make it work the way you have stated and it worried me that the scrubs might have their day, of which they'd eventually regret lol

 Is it really that simple?

I tell you what I find interesting though, in team channel, folks will type "squad up" or even go as far as explaining the necessity of squadding up.

 What does the blueberry say?
