This guy puts an Uplink down this crack into a place where people spawn and can't get out.

I've had uplinks placed into walls and if anyone would spawn there, they would get stuck. |

I admit I have done this before but only by accident when the damn thing slid down a hill into a silly shaped wall. I couldn't get rid of it till I changed my suit and by that point there was about 4-5 people stuck in a wall. I felt terrible. |

Biomass Outpost, grid square G12. I've seen a few guys having a party in a shallow spot underneath one of the big pipes. I was curious what they were doing down there... |

I spawned into an uplink placed under a catwalk. I tried to shoot at redberries' feet as they passed by me. Didn't work... I couldn't bring myself to suicide, so I just AFK'd |

I run uplinks on a scout suit, so admittedly I may not know if heavier suits can get out of the situations I can.
Well, sometimes I put my uplinks at the end of a certain series of ledges. Non-scouts can only jump down from there, but I can jump over to a good sniper/laser/md overlook. I just do that so other snipers don't sit on the same perch as me. |

It's happened to me, sometimes the links slide crazy long distances before stopping, even on allegedly flat ground. Seen a couple guys with half a torso sticking out of the ground twirling in rage. That was pretty amusing. |

ROFL!! I know that feel. My squad instructed everyone to spawn at the uplink. I spawned in the dropship. "Who in the hell spawned in the dropship??" I went mum on the mic and quickly jumped from the dropship... |

Or the moment when some one gets dc'd in the warbarge and the squad decides to back out and pick them up and you aren't paying attention. Horrible moment when a few minutes later you hear your guys complaining they cant deploy because some fool is still in battle so you hurriedly leave tell them you backed out straight away and it must be glitched lol. |

Wasn't me this time, i'm not playing.
That being said, I have placed numerous uplinks in what at first seemed to be a good spot.. and then it decided to go inside or under something. I have had them spawn people inside pipes, inside walls, under a box, in a box, with a fox? you get the point.. it can't be helped some times, but I wouldn't doubt some know the sweet spot and like to troll the field |

You also spawn facing the way it was thrown. I sometimes take a moment to back into a corner and face out so that whomever spawns is facing the right way. |

For this reason any I place near the redline I place facing it to winnow out the terminally stupid who spawn and sprint ahead immediately, watching it is priceless as well. Watch a bluedot spawn facing the redline, watch them sprint over the redline for a few seconds. A bizarrely high amount usually jump at this point as if some how jumping saves you from the redline. They get back on the battlefield then watch in amazement when they die respawn and begin the cycle anew. |
