IN dropsuit improvements, there is a category for
Medium -> (racial)-> Assault
Which applies to that race type assault suits.
However, I just notice that your starter freebie suits are technically of type "assault", not militia like you might expect.
That being the case, do the bonuses also apply to the starter suits, if you buy into your own race assault type dropsuits?

The suit skills don't effect the starter fit you get at the start of the game,just the role category suits like the ones you buy with Aurum that are BPO (dragonfly scout suit,sver minmatar logi suit etc..)and the normal isk cost ones. |

hmm. going from memory, I think they were actually BETWEEN "militia" and "basic" medium suits

Grrr... They should really fix the "starter" labels, to say Militia, instead of Assault, then.
