Set up in a good place, ship fills up, swoop in near an objective, no-one gets out.....
I would like an eject all passengers button on my logistics dropship, bad enough the ship has no actual benefit to the pilot, no spawn points, if I had a remote vehicle triage, no points, then I get people down to an objective, in swarmer/forge sometimes even AV nade land. And they all wanna fly around.
Also the CRU needs to be active, so I can activate when ready, deactivate when not. had 2 promethius' stolen and land slammed while quickly throwing 2 uplinks out so I can get a few hundred points.
All in all the WP benefits of dropships are non existant, kinda pathetic. |

we should have an eject button for ALL vehicles.. derpships in particular..

Well when they implement the vehicle lock, you won't have to deal with friendly hijackings.
Eject button? Yea, do it (I'm not even a driver/pilot)
Some times when the DS is in position I don't jump out cuz I can't see where we are. If I get ejected then that would be a dam good indicator that I'm on point lol
Sure the pilot could just say "bail out now" "Go, go, go!" but one must consider the fact that not everyone has/uses a mic.

though restrictions, no ejecting while within at least 20 meters from any redline, and lose 80 to 100 WP for a blueberry dying in a redline immediately after BEING EJECTED
this prevents blueberries from suiciding in a redline and making you lose WP, and also greatly deters pilots from sending guys flying into the redline and to their death.
also, i don't want to lose -75 for my dropship crashing, then an additional 50 for each blueberry in a MLT suit that chooses to not drop out and get's himself killed on purpose just for me to lose points. |
