Honestly, either way you look at it posting GG publicly is a form of chest pounding, and I personally wouldn't post a GG beating anyone at half strength.... (meaning half random ringers because of the 3am timer)

I posted a GG to syn after they beat my Last corp as well as when we beat them. Much easier to shout out an entire corp this way instead of messaging the players in it.

If you post a gg to everyone you play..win or lose, then it makes sense. I have never posted a gg...win or lose because it is really just attention seeking. All corps have a right to feel really good about their wins, no matter the circumstance. But what Dom's initial post in this thread was we called it.

Although we had guys confirm, they must have fell asleep. 3am is hard for US players and waking up 8am isn't easy for our euro guys either. And we had our only tanker, atm, leave as we were deploying into the warbage. No biggie, a win is a win and they get to hold their district and it builds confidence amongst members. I wouldn't go as far as to trash talk and gloat though....but I guess you can at those timers, so it is what it is.

I think Assert created a thread for Dark Legion because they came with their guys, attacked us multiple times, and fought hard. So, it really was about giving them credit.
