I was thinking net guns with different strengths , maybe two or three nets ammo depending on militia to proto an the higher the level the more melee you need to break out of it, an since melee effects stamina it's perfect, so if a guys running from you he has to let his stamina build before he can punch, an also we could have electric damage mods that slowly drain HP ( I mean really slowly so it's not ohk) but enough of a damage that you could scout in a pack of 3 at a letter shoot two guys an the third has to help them.
Idk didn't fully think out the mods but something in that general design could be cool. |

When I was halfway raading this, I was like you should electrify the net, when I finished I was like YEAH.
but that thing would have to be hard to shoot or something because that would be very annoying to keep getting stuck in it. |
