 So I was thinking what new equipment could be implemented.
 Here's my idea, please only constuctive criticism, of you think this is a bad idea tell me why.
 
 Module energizer
 Charge time: 3 seconds
 Cooldown: 30 seconds (to prevent spam
 Targets module become 10% more efficient
 Duration: 45 seconds
 
 The opperater would get a 5% assist for all sp the target gains for duration
 
 It would look sorta like the repair tool but you lock on fire and after the three second charge it begins cool down time

 The duration and the cooldown need to be separated to give it a drawback. Swap the cooldown and duration times, and it would be better.
 
 That said, I personally don't like the idea, but good job with a new concept.

 I feel like it's too broad to be tactical or, in some cases, applicable. You'd have to determine how it was going to behave with every single module in the game. And then it wouldn't really be a choice between one thing or another, because it has an effect on EVERYTHING.
 
 I recommend going after ideas that transform the way you play the game and create variety. I'm not sure a straight-forward "everything booster" really does that.
