Also, why would they ask for respecs if all that's happening is armor tanking is getting what it deserves.. they should be happy we can fight on equal ground. |

Oh I think he's not talking about actually nerfing the AR, but it will feel like a nerf for the much bigger Healt on armor, and AR's do +10 to shield but -10 to armor, I think thats the point, but we Scrambler folks will also feel that alot, good to know my Ishukone SMG always on my side! |

If we're lucky they will release the combat rifle at the same time.
Flux + CR is gonna be lolop, can't wait for the armor tanker tears once the CR is released. |

The question i ask my self is Was it really necessary ?
I run pure armor tanks on almost all of my suits and i have everything to do with armor skilled up to maximum .
With a combination of armor plates and armor reping nano hives i have been able to dominate shield tankers when they come near my nano fortress .My record is 17000 damage taken and 1 death .
Now this is not a ideal setup for rapid battlefield redeployment as i can only carry 6 hives and the plates make me quite slow .
But these are the drawbacks that i have accepted in order to obtain the MASSIVE benefits that high level armor tanking can bring.
I can fit 5 complex plates 2 complex reping hives a duvoll and a complex dmg mod on my G.ko logi suit but the penalty's have so far meant that i chose not to .
After this patch i am probably going to be able to get over 1000 armor and still fit 2 hives and a proto gun+damage mod and still go faster than i do now  |

Yes it was.
Low level armor tanknig was terribad.
High level armor tanking could not keep up with shields.
Your logi suit is an exception, I said it since the start, logi suits are OP.
You get inherent 5hp/s, which is like a complex repairer, in addition to a extra low slot.
You also get a fuckton of CPU/PG and slots for equipment.
Oh and about your hives, I use them too, they are situational and can be destroyed.
In addition your suit, no matter how well tanked, could be destroyed with a single core locus grenade. |
