looking for a good armor tank, and don't say "there are none" lol I don't have that much SP involved so whats the best I can do with basic or militia equipment? |

Soma with 2 60mm plates, the Large armor rep that comes with it, and one PG enhancer. One Active scanner in high slots, fill the rest with odds and ends in the highs.
No skills needed. All militia gear.
This should be in the training grounds though. |

true! I forgot that I wasn't making a request of CCP lol alright thats an interesting fit, ill try it out, I already have a good sica militia fit, how is this on HP? |

3800ish armor, 800 shield.
If you want, swap one 60mm with a 120, and put two PG enhancers instead on one. Just drop the other 60 for the spare PG.
Gets you 4k armor instead of 3800. |

And a repper that actually works, lol my sica has a light shield recharger because I don't have space for anything else, I have access to the basic weapons but is it possible to switch out the blaster for a militia railgun? just add a cpu enhancer instead? |

Uhhhhhh....
I don't know. I usually run blasters, never tried to put rails in my Soma.
I think you could... Don't quite know.

welp, I experimented, since I have access to basic equipment I can fit 2 60mm reinforced nanofibre plates with energized plating, shield resistance, a scanner and the repper, and with that its easy to put on a railgun, all ya gotta do is attach the thing and replace the missile turret with another blaster. i get 4000 armor with 15% resistance and all u really need is 1 point in hybrid weapons, plating, and armor resistance. Tanking looks fun :) |
