Heavy: you are a big squishy target meant to feed points to other people. Logi's follow you and shove their repper up your butt. Assaults and scouts murder the crap out of you. If you're going to use an hmg, find a good doorway, camp it. Really, you should think about using a forge gun or ar instead. Actually, just think about getting out of the heavy.

Point is, assault suit is for assault, and everything else has other roles and ideals.

If there is ever a respec, I'm dropping my fat suit main even if racial variants and new weapons are introduced. I cannot play my Heavy for even an hour without getting irritated.

I really don't think that many people understand how their suits are supposed to be used. Everyone is bitching that their suits can't go toe to toe against assault suits when they are running scouts or logi's. That is working as intended.

Let me break it down by suits.

Assault: Do your best.

Logi: This is the guy that is your main battle unit. It shows up, takes a dump on your mom, and makes you eat it. Stay behind other people, use repair tools, ammo hives, and jesus sticks. You support other people. If you try to go and kill people, you will win. You can add a bit more fire to the general volume, but you are better than an assault unit. Get use to it.

Scout: Your job is to scout, get recon, flank, and sabotage. Sneak around behind the main force and hack stuff behind the enemy. Throw mines out. Come in sideways with a shotgun. In a head on fight, you will explode if someone so much as sneezes at you.

Provided I don't get brutally stomped by Duovalles, I run the Show in my A-1 Basic.

I make A/1 Sentinals run in fear....

With a STD HMG.....

It's an extremely situational thing. There are a few corners where it is king, some areas where it works out, and the most of the map where we laugh at you and kill you from beyond your range.

As a heavy I show up in my Dren less than 25K suit and spam the hell out of HMG. I care not how much i die as long as I end up making your life a living hell. I will do drive by murders I will climb to tallest building to jump down and scare the **** out of you as I ram my HMG up your backside, if you make me mad enough I will find a way to kill you. I do not care about my KDR when revenge is in mind. I just want to cause you as much collateral damage as possible. So just keep this in mind when you see me in game. I will live to **** your day up as much as possible. I am a heavy, I am hell and death in one and all I want to do is let the blood flow in the streets as the orphans tears fill my cup of vengeance.
