Yeah um... that was the point of my post.
I think quite a few of the imps left dust to go play something else together.. I still don't think that means imps are 'retired'. I honestly can't imagine that the imps will ever return to this game... at least not the whole group.
I don't mean this in a any sort of bad way or wish to devalue their skills as individual players, but I honestly don't expect the imperfects name to ever be feared again. Same as PFBHz, it was a name to be feared, and it never will be again. |

Which is why I always say, games like EvE and DUST will flourish, but they'll never have the population of a game like BF3. We are part of a niche group. We like things most other people don't (Tears, conquest, meta) and because of that, there will always be fewer of us. But as long as we're here, as long as we have a place to "Haz peoples stufffz" to beat them over the head and tell them to HTFU, to tell those damn scrubs to get good...
Well, as long as we have New Eden, I think we'll be alright. |

Considering I've fought on both sides, I would say I don't know about that. 8v8 is a lot different then 16vs16, you simply cant out fun your way to victory. To be honest, seeing how imperfects play I think TP would be equal if not better. Only because of the fact its a team game and they consisted of egos and selfish players. I openly invite anyone to prove me wrong. Im not trying to insult anyone as I respect the imperfects as much as anyone, I just know what it takes to win a pc match and have my opinion. |
