EDIT: Not trying to break any forum rules about religion. I don't think the problem here is religion. You guys are all free to believe in anything you want. I just think it is absolutely mind boggling stupid to equate killing someone physically as being the exact same thing as killing someone in a game. I would think this to be hilarious if I didn't know for sure someone out there is going to believe every word he just said and then force feed those beliefs to a poor kid somewhere. We don't actually kill anyone though because they are instantly reborn in another body. We just force people to change bodies...often.

We are still killing the body of the clone if not the consciousness of the player inside the clone. Which still doesn't make sense to me. Really if you are worried about that couldn't that be translated to ANY game? Why just video games? Someone above me mentioned Chess as an example, however, I think pen and paper Dungeons & Dragons would be another example. My brain just cannot compute how this guys logic works - if there is any.

Thats my take on it as well. It seems like he is trying to say that you will go to hell if you are capable of committing the act killing, regardless of the medium it takes place in. I just can't agree with that. The medium that actions take place in make all the difference. For example, in the medium of my mind I am a great singer, but in the medium of sound i'm horrible. Video games are a medium that allows us to safely explore and experience things that we can't outside the medium. What we do is simulated, its not real almost by definition.

I guess he also wanted the United States to assassinate former Venezuelan President Hugo Ch+ívez. I guess he is also one of those guys that predicts the end of the world -- and is horribly wrong. So I guess this guy is just a nutcase. I wouldn't judge the religion based on this guy. Would be the same thing as judging Islam on a bunch of terrorists when I know for a fact otherwise because I know good people who are. This dude is wack I guess would the my summary.
