10 hours have passed.
My body is starting to feel the toll.
Coffee has been made, and the chocolate fingers are serving their purpose.
At 175,000 sp remaining, I am into regular cap territory now.
I remain optimistic, but the chances of sleep becoming as irresistible as an invitation to Natalie Portman's bedroom are increasing as the night goes on.

I have to leeroy into as many people as possible with the most powerful gear I have just to earn enough WP to keep up with the deadline.

I have realised that I did my maths wrong. Activating the booster a few hours later would have been a better idea.
There is very little chance of hitting the post-downtime cap.
100,000 sp remains. |

Well there we have it folks.
In the end I earned roughly 650,000sp in roughly 20hrs of gameplay, taking 24hrs.
I was short of the post-downtime cap by 110,000. So I only lost 55,000 of potential booster gains.
It was certainly an experience, and I'd like to thank you all for cheering me on. It really did help.
My worst performance of the night was 8/9. A 7kill streak, then lots of deaths.
My best performance was 31/1
The marathon cost me 10million isk. Largely in part because of getting my proto light frame halfway through the night. (Oh I love it, but damn is it expensive)
I AFKed 5 times, and received as many ragemails. One of which was after sneaking up on a squad of campers and wiping them out. Great success
Now I'm going to watch some classic Simpsons, and the rest of my gaming this week will be spent trying to Platinum Bioshock Infinite.
On a final note: I have miraculously managed to make it through the night without wanting to avoid the game for the rest of my life. So that's something.
