That people say the amarr logi is as good or better than assault, well for starters as stated in its description it is an assault oriented logi.
Also logis are slower with lower shield recharge rates making it impossible to excel at assault better as the speed just isn't there for it to be possible, assault does not mean absolute beast and logi does not mean gimp medic, assault is basically a frontline grunt, logi is the specialist. |

To gain that speed a logi also has to sacrifice hp to gain assault speed also the same to gain equal shield recharge rate. |
