Who else thinks we should be allowed place bets with other mercs before a match starts?
Say the merc is on the opposite team, you setup the challenge (Who gets more WP/Kills/Best KD), you set how much your willing to put at stake, you then send the challenge, he can either accept, decline, or offer to change how much is at stake.
Then whoever wins, gets the all the ISK, also, leaving a match would result in you losing.
It'd be like EVE dueling in a way. |

Interesting idea. Any type of gambling that can be introduced would help and make pubs more interesting. |

Could also be a match wide pool with both sides betting and the winner takes all...
Would reinvigorate the game modes for a while at least... |

Also new game modes would be nice. CCPs latest "less game modes" idea isn't very good.

I had this exact same idea and have been doing this for a while, never cought on, I created a chat called wager a while ago for people wo wanted to participate, this is leterly the same thing I was trying to start. |

You DO NOT need CCP to make this happen! Make the bets with responders to this thread! |

Check out the Thunderdome threads in the War Room, it's the closest you can get to this suggestion in the game today. |
