 I can't accept the fact that scrambler rifle operation does nothing for the assault variants. Scrambler rifles should get two bonuses in order to cover both the types of scrambler rifles. The current one for charge time and another for overheat or less kick/dispersion. CCP has stated the skill is there by design but you can not simply screw over people who have skilled in to SR operation. You need to give two bonuses for the skill one that effects the semi fire SRs and another that effects the automatic SRs or a skill that effects both.
 
 CCP please change or add to the skill it is a bad design.

 Joke aside, somehow i think the ASCR is in a good place right now
 SCR is whats needs buff, like in many buffs

 Im down with a second bonus but if reduced muzzle flash was one i would get mad i'd kinda be happy with it

 If they change the skill they need to bring the charge time for the SCR. a fast charge is pretty vital.
 
 I'd also be fine if they didn't change the skill at all, all I want is better hit detection so that charge shot makes a difference.

 I love my adv assault scrambler rifle you can get a whole clip out before it over heats so the inly time you worry about overhearing is if your a bad shot to begin with or you are hoolessly outnumbered and have to spray and prey . It is ment for medium range adsburst fire and youll see it at its max potential.

 Yeah, whenever I try to use the charge shot either HD sucks, or I just suck that bad at aiming.

 Instead Id like to see another spec for it, like the AR, to improve the time for a full charged shot.
 
 Also, the speed on the projectile needs a good buff, even more the charged.
 And the muzzle flash, that not always but in certain situations gets in the way, needs a retouch.

 I dont think it should get 2 bonus's for operation because then everyone will want 2 bonus's for their guns as well and the nerf/buff cycle will continue indefinitely. I think the operation skill should be one bonus that affects all variants (like other guns) and have a side skill like the SMG and AR have sharpshooter that lowers charge time only problem with that is though people who want to use the semi auto will claim it is a SP sink. This would require much thought.

 That's pure speculation, however I can agree with "I think the operation skill should be one bonus that affects all variants".
