Wow. I have to say I have been having crazy fun lately as a shotgun scout. Not the easiest thing to do but very satisfying. Greatest thing about it is its cheap as dirt and unless I have an off match or two nets me 300K for very little work. I mean its like all I do is run a marathon between objectives and get kills and warpoints. But I do die a lot, thank god for the dragonfly scout suit and bpos, only thing that's not a bpo on my suit is my AV grenades.
Anyways, just finished up a match with it and while my team I was on sucked I had a lot of fun and felt like posting it here. Different change of pace from running tanks all the time, and I don't feel stupid doing it solo either. |

You die a lot because of the hit detection. Wait until they fix it. The shotgun will surely be the King of cqc. Not even the mass driver can rival it once it's fixed. |

Honestly I figured I died a lot because I suck at being infantry, but if its hit detection bring on the fix and I'll rock even more. Not like I'm going to actually invest anything into the fit, I'm happy with my almost free fit. |

Do you miss shots you feel you should have hit?

Honestly I've only been rocking the shotgun for about 3 or 4 days, there are a few shots that probably should have done damage but I wrote it off to my bad aiming, which I feel is getting a little better. So after a few weeks of it I might have an opinion on it.
Might not even bother with it, I only have been running it because I don't like to call in my HAV while not in a squad and I've been real flaky lately because I can only jump on for one or two matches at a time and don't have time to find a squad. So if I have actual time to play other than ******* around, I'm in my HAV. But if I do a lot more solo running, I'll try and pay attention to it. |
