I've tried this variant out and man it puts the proto variants to shame has anyone else tried it out please tell me how much better it is then the assault and breach versions. |

Not better than Assault. I cant seem to recall ever seeing a breach variant.... I am surprised.

I used to use the assault but now the breach. I can't see the breach being my thing because it'll rinse the ammo but i should try it out, i guess. |

I've mentioned the Breach and the OPness of Scrambler Pistols in general on the forums multiple times. I was always told to be quiet...
Nonetheless, I ran dual TY-5 Breach Scramblers almost exclusively for a month. It was fun if you could actually pull of those head shots, but I find it better as a finishing weapon. |

I suppose I'll try the burst after down time.... Im yet to get good at aiming with the Scrambler Pistol... I prefer volume of fire over quality on this particular side arm..... does it pump out more shots? |

Breach has nice damage but it is too slow to depend on for anything other than sneak attacks. I can do much more damage faster with the assault variant. Burst I haven't tried since Chromosome, but it has some weird dispersion with the three shots and the operation skill gives it an awkward number of bullets per clip.

with the burst the pistol fires three shots one right after another like the person was using a modded controller in one click and it take like a sec before you can do it again |

The assult version is my favorite, but the breach is good to. Im not a fan of the burst one though |

I haven't used the burst since codex, but I remember it having too little ammo to be useful. |

But, to cover all my bases, I tried the burst, didn't like it. I used to use the breach and had success with it, but then tried the Assault and preferred the number of rounds I could get out in the same amount of time. Used the STD level assault forever until I learned that the ADV standard variant fired just as fast. So now I use that.

its pretty awesome but you run out of ammo really quick but more importantly its draw back its the waste in reload time since the 3 burst in 3 shots makes you virtually open |

And slow ADS for me makes the weapon less than ideal for shooting out to slightly longer ranges. |

The burst sp is horrible, It does less total damage compared to all the pistols. Also the carthum assault is much better! But I do run a suit with a carthum and a birst because I can't put two carthums on my mini scout. |

Excuse me.
The burst:
+ Good sized clip
+ High DPS
+ 50 Std dmg + 3.5 headshot dmg = 525 HP in one burst (excluding Proficiency or DMG mods).
That's all the positives lol.
- Max ammo will run dry in less than 20 seconds of constant shooting (HORRIBLE)
- For those of you who think there is dispersion, there isn't. The cross hair spreads like crazy to throw off your perseption, but the bullets are still going where you are pointing (at least if you are ADSing)
That's about it for the negatives.
Conclusion:
This is a trick shot pistol. It will headshot kill better than any other SP, but you need to time your shots perfectly to get the most out of it's extremely shot life span.
Assault: Better all around. = Best
Breach: Sneak attacks and ballsie if you're going head to head. = Good for smart players
Burst: Headshot disipline required for effective use for any situation. = Ain't no body got skill fo dat! |

Nah. CCP is watching the feed on their data bases. Most players don't have the skills to perform amounts of kills with it per battle, so it isn't going to be seen as OP. |

Ok Maybe I was wrong or maybe I have more skill with it that I thought.
I just went 17/8 in OMS with 9 headshots with the burst and got 1225 WP and 5,522 SP.
My team was pathetic. I had the highest WP and hacked the most Supply Depots. We lost. by a lot.
It was glorious. Hopefully someone in here was there to see it. lol |
