I've lost 60 mil armor tanking, but 1: I use one every game 2: All AV weapons are more effective against armor 3: module wheel is still broken 4: PROTO AV ROFL stomps hardcore. 5: AV nades are still broken 6: If my turret touches anything, I'll take like 5k damage, and my entire hull flips. even if it's just a light touch.

You guys can get as much EHP as us Armor Tankers and survive explosions much better. Not to mention the Shield Hardening modules cost MUCH less SP to skill into, while provide more resistance.

Actually the hardeners are useless, let's not go there. Shield Amplifiers are the way to go(passive resist) but the amour versions are the same as shield version. Look we are all in the same boat here.

Buddy of mine by the name of Lone-Wolf called in an armor tank for me to drive. They take far more damage then you think and it's a pain to cycle thru 3 hardeners plus a rep. Not to mention I've killed my fair share of them.

The shields one require less SP to spec into and the best ones put shield resist up 30%, while the armor ones require more sp to spec into only do a max of 25%. Now I am not going to say that armor tanks are crap. I can still dominate the battlefield. And if my friend Limey and I put our tanks on the same field, fire rains from the heavens.
