I have yet to understand the fundamentals when it comes to the terrain in dust. A hill an elderly person can stroll up in real life is impossible to climb in the game. Also have you tried to drive an LAV up some hills, they either stall or slide back. Is the vehicle propelled by electric motor or some other form of power. If it is electric this would explain the inability to drive over a small hill without it puttering along. If it is electric they need a bar indicating the battery is recharging like a stamina bar so you know when you are low on power.
As a soldier, who was supposed to have adequate training cant even scale a small hillside without getting stuck or unable to move. My suggestion is replace the stamina bar with a power bar. The power bar would represent the current power the suit has and you could adjust. This would benefit the scout for there power bar would be longer, for longer sprints and heavy's would be smaller due to the suit needs power elsewhere due to the bulk of the suit. Also with a power bar implemented you can tap into it and use it to power weapons like a Tesla cannon or rail rifle. Just a thought.

Terrain is often my worst enemy.
But my absolute ultimate favorite is trying to go down a tiny tiny hill and some how ending up sliding down it.... in slo mo... with an enemy scout about to shove his shotgun up my rear...  (all of my angst) |
