It feels like it takes longer to charge and deals less damage then I remeber it dealing. |

Its the same damage and charge time, its just in the proto section now and it costs 47k instead of 2k |

My friend had the same issue, he was hitting people but it didn't look like it was doing the damage it says it does, but judging from the size of the bullet in my head, no it's not been nerfed, just seems hit and miss |

I geuss mercs are just running better shields, I wonder if the optimal range might have anything to do with the lousy feeling damage felt. |

Yeah and u can always point to complaints about hit detection, I use scrambler so I complain about it all the time. |

the damage was the same.
then they boosted it by 10% when they boosted most of the weapons damage by 10% after uprising
on the flip side they increased the cpu required by about 70, and the pg required by about 30 |

damage was changed 90% to shields 110% to armor, cuz armor is to OP, they also nerfed the headshot damage, because the caldari shields are very weak and it's harsh to take their shields out in less than 2 kaaly headshots.
It was a well researched and well warranted chance that needed to happen to make sure armor users are 100% ******, but its fine we have 2 weapons we can get them back with... |
