I don't think I'll be speccing any new weapons to proto for awhile BC everything gets nerfed. It seems that being a jack of all trades pays better than a master of one in a game where everything constantly changes. However, if 1.4 has rail rifle, that with the cal assault will be king of the battlefield if it is anything like the tar used to be. I'm imagining a sniper with 20 rounds. Lol
