Not complaining just looking for a solution.
Anyone here using an LED TV that has found the holy grail of TV set-up for the darker maps? Have my brightness up at 32/100 (anything past that the text chat becomes invisible in regards to the flashing keypad, can see letter just not the one that's being lit up)
DUST brightness level however is maxed.

Go into your advanced settings, and open up your "white balance" if you have it.
There should be six settings, in two categories -- Red/Green/Blue Gain, and Red/Green/Blue Bias.
Bias controls colors at the bright end of the spectrum.
Gain controls colors at the dark end of the spectrum.
Crank your "Gain" all the way up to maximum for all three colors.
Reduce your "Bias" to minimum for all three colors.
Then go to your basic "Color" setting and crack that all the way up
Doing this increases the vividness of dark images, while returning your minimized bright scene settings back to normal.
Hope that helps, might have to play with it

My TV resets to default brightness settings after I crank it up. In game the screen turns black leaving me blind then goes off to dark maps again. So, I just leave it as it is and sit close to the TV. |

We shouldn't need to change our settings when they are currently good. The ambient lighting on night time maps needs to be increased. |
