Armor tanks and MDs will be nerfed. I already have points in callogi proto which isn't awful, so wondering what weapon I should spec into, now, that isn't an AR. It would have to be a light weapon but I can't help but feel that everything that isn't an AR is in danger. |

I would recommend the assault Scrambler Rifle, but that thing needs a sidearm sometimes cause crappy damage to armor. Shotguns needs speed and your suit is somewhat slow, so idk. So that leaves you with ARs and MDs. I'll just go with the AR...

AR is the only weapon in Dust that's allowed to be OP.
You should use it if you want to win.
If you want fun, use anything but the AR. Know however, that if you get even decent with an alternative weapon, it will be nerfed to accommodate the AR crowd. |

Who cares what weapon(s) get nerfed...If there is a weapon out there that you really like, use it, and if it gets nerfed, use it even more(its called specialization no matter the circumstance or the criticism)....

I'm enjoying the SCR. Even at STD with 1 skill level I'm doing well. It's like a better version of the TAC AR imo. That or you could hold you skill points for 1.4 due to rumors of new weapons (perhaps the rail rifle?). |

go for a fully blessed scrambler rifle with complex damage mods, you will not regret it. |
