Ironically mine is actually called that, but that's beside the point. I just ran 6 consecutive games with some corp members. One ran a gunny, while I backed him with my LLAV.
2 light converse shield transporters allowed him to tank a **** ton of av grenades/ fluxes tower forge guns, and even stand up against a superior armor tank AND WIN. There was also a ADS that pestered us, and ruined my chance at using the heavy version..... >_<
He only lost one tank to a dozen lai di packed av grenades, and my reppers were going through their recharge cycle during said time.
You guys say they're useless? maybe on a drop ship. But not on one of these little beauties.

I jumped into a random squad last night and we 'caught us' a LLAV. He was trying to ram us, so some blue dot chased him around, and then blocked him into a wall. I was luckily on top of the wall, the driver was spastically switching seats, as we tried to shoot him to death because we had no AV. We got the dude and his LLAV because he hopped out to try and run away. |

hmm, this sounds like a good idea... Since LLAVs are made of Impervium anyway, if they start getting attacked instead of the tank they can just flee, and come back when the tank takes hits again. |

The only problem They have is that you are rewarded 0 warpoints for your contribution.
