so i always thought it was lame how people boost about 143 something kills so they can have a 143.00 K/D & get top 10 in that leaderboard
Now im not one to be like "My K/D is da best" my K/D is 1.59 a very pathetic K/D if i recall - But i always check leaderboards from time to time to see who is ripping the game a new one & i always skip K/D because how rigged it is
so i purpose a system were you need........maybe 3,000 kills at least to have your K/D recorded on the leaderboards
maybe not 3,000, maybe more! what yall think? |

I agree. The K/D and W/L leaderboards are pretty irrelevant at the moment. |

They should only count the last 6 month's worth of kills anyway. |

We're immortal mercenaries, who get revived in seconds to join the battlefield again and again. So what does a kill more or less matter? Helping the team and collecting WP is all that matters.
I'd like to see total WP on the boards (so you can see who contributed most), with average WP/match (to highlight the most valuable players).
And show the results over the last 90 days, for some added variety. |

We need more relevant stats than just how many times you killed someone vs how many times you die. WP per minute, isk lost, isk gained, total damage dealt, total damage received, kill streak percentages, healing given, healing received, revives... etc. We just need more statistics so people don't focus on KDR 100% of the time, especially since it's a carry over from how easy it was to spawn camp in Chrome and the fact that skirmish kills didn't count. |

Players need a minimum of 25k wp to get on the leaderboards.
If that's enough for someone to get a reward after recruiting them, then it should be enough for the leaderboard. |

I have a better suggestion.
Remove KDR as a stat entirely so the counterproductive behaviour that comes with it disappears. |

Yes, the best way to make the leaderboards legit is to base them off a stat that matters, not the useless K/D ratio. |
