I would like to see a stun type grenade do no damage myself. Well, maybe a bit of shield damage but nothing to speak of, maybe 5-10 damage? However, if someone is caught in the blast radius then no running or jumping and half movement... Hmmm. Damage to stamina and a movement penalty of 2-3 seconds. Perhaps an on screen indication like blurred vision and messed up sounds. Like a concussion grenade.
We have Locus (anti-armor), flux (anti-shield), AV... Why not anti-speed? |

dude how can they if you look at what it does theres no way in hell it will be op. it kills the running and jumping ability for the time required and it also makes it a better fight man with ar vs mass driver. im not screaming for a md nerf but this weapon will make it this much more interesting. besides this is millions of years in the future shouldnt there be weapons that counter your suits abilities? |

Absolutely not. Shock grenades? I see the formula now. Deploy to match. Disorientation galore because everybody is throwing shock grenades. Forums explode with "CCP doesn't know what they're doing" and "Nerf the shock" threads would arise.
We don't need any new weapons. Let's stay focused here people. The in game mechanics must be fine tuned. All this, "We need more players and new weapons" just confuses the focus. Let's get the base game right first. |

exactly dude. this weapon will be a game changer and it can work against lav's meaning a team of 2 or better will have to work together to kill a fully specced lav. because it kills speed meaning this disables its hallass phase and kill it for the seconds required to where av nades will them become worth something. |

It doesn't make fir a better fight. It's a disorientation/paralyzer device that just helps you out because you hold down on the trigger and fire at nothing while the person jumps around all over the place, wasting bullets and then you're reloading while they kill you.
Here's how you handle that. You at first calm down. Then when he lands, you fire at him. Frantic firefights involves two parties. The one who is more controlled will win the one on one. |

I could go on for a while. And I don't use a MD btw but the sheer possible utility of the weapon should not be overlooked. |

Let's get the base game right first. the base of the game is lav's snipers in redzone and mass drivers. how can you say that when this is the base of the game? in order for a game to continue to grow it needs variety and interesting weapons to counter what as of now isnt counterable.

not only this but can you imagine yourself in a 1v1 fight and you cannot run or the other enemy cannot run? this defeats the jumping bunny syndrome and makes it that much more of a focuse on gun game period. also it makes it to where the mass driver takes a bit of skill to use. because right now its all about the pray and spray with it.
