Cap went up but the actual SP gain at the end of the match seems about the same.
That or I'm just crazy.
Anyone else noticing this? |

SP gain is just on WP SP not on the passive SP you obtain in a match |

It seems to be just the pool of bonus SP to gain.
Ther eis all kinds of confusion on the matter on the forums. I could care less. Just nice not to cap in one day :D |

They are only doubling the SP gained from WP's earned, not time in match. |

Seems about right but most of the matches I've played today were bordering on red-lines and over much quicker than normal, so less passive battle SP. All in all, if you're getting around 2k WP a match, you're now earning around the same amount of SP from active battle gains as from passive battle gains. |

The SP you gain in a match is mostly passive SP which accumulates depending on how long you have been in that match (hence the AFK farming). CCP wanted to limit AFK farming in the event so they essentially nerfed the event by not doubling the SP obtained passively. Instead you only get double the SP from your WP. So you won't notice much of a "doubling". You'll probably gain less than 2000 SP than you normally would. |

Normally takes me 5 days to cap out so I will not cap this without extra bonus. Not that I care, currently I am taking a vacation in Skyrim. |

Basically, you are earning extra SP equal to the amount of WP you get in a match.
1000WP, 1000 extra SP. 500WP, 500 extra SP.
2WP... 2 extra SP. |

I automatically assumed "Passive SP will NOT be doubled" mean't Passive SP in and of it'self.
Guess it helps to read the rest of the sentence after the comma. |
