Yeah the lore reasons for using the sternguard as Charadon Vets is absolutely fantastic I suppose its not good for a Templar army but it certainly beats one down when it comes to fire power. I mean I sure as hell would not want all of those Chainswords and power swords in amongst my guys but punishing any CQC army with sternguard is an easy thing to do. I usally laugh when i see ranged space marien armys, there so easy for templars. Charge in with LRC and get out. neophytes take the wounds and mariens kill everything. of course theres more to it than that but that seems to always work against marien armys Yeah its tough fighting powerarmoured CQC monsters. My main army from back in the day was Tyranids. They were a force to be reckoned with. Endless Swarms of Hormagaunts and Genestealers and Ten Wound Carnifex's were the name of the game. omg tyranids are so rediculas to play against. unless your grey knights x)
Yup they were, worse to paint and collect, but man would they tear apart anything that stood before them.....

o7 it's always a pleasure doing battle against honorable opponents :) I clearly recall you had me on my heels though at one point and I noticed your urgent placement of a drop uplink. That's good thinking. Let's work out some squad time and see how we mesh on the field, I bet it'd be fun!

All we want for customization is to be able to turn our symbol upside down and be able to wear our patch.
Kiriassis Draca i think you are another Ultramarine groupie, i think you posted about us before in your top 5 :) ... always enjoy fighting with and against fellow mercs with a sence of honour unlike some corps who get cut when they lose..

ultramarines are fun to play against. i havent seen anyone from thier corp use bullshit mechanics/lagswitching. thier av is nice so i run my tank against them to see how long i/they can last. :P |

Well...I could be a groupie, but that would require more following, lol!!
There aren't enough mercs with honor, but i've run with more than a few that definitely make it high on my personal list. Unfortunately it would take a heck of a long time to list them all. |
