sort of, but not really. regular old instant battles have no effect, FW battles give bonuses in faction warfare to EvE pilots, and PC provides player owned station(pos) bonuses to people dumb enough to build POSes in low sec.

either you kill them while they aren't looking or you rely on them not knowing how to react to you running at them. now i've only used them for a short while but it seems that they're sorta gimped. the problem: the scout suit STD (minmitar basic)...
