All weapons meta has been changed and so ahotgun is up for another change akso since cloaks got even more upgraded lately they now are a virtual god mode because the shimmer is just barely visible within a few meters but past that they are invisible

It is very simple, it's a charge up weapin so decrease base damage, increase charge damage multiplier, as it stands right now the scrambler rifle out DPSs weapons at long and short range and even more than a few scouts use it as a short range weap...
