Dual tanking it gets rid of the few advantages the cal assault has. You still end up with less health than logis and other assaults, except now you have inferior regen and strafe speed.

After the pc changes, if your team consistently wins its nowhere near an isk sink. I've made over 10 mil a day in just a few games. If entering pc is the problem there are loads of corps selling or even giving away districts.
