Same thing happened to me, in a scout suit. after firing a couple of rounds and cycling my weapons with R2, it seemed to clear it up... not a reproducible bug, from what I could find..

Just got an email... Stress testing on Saturday.. everyone who logs on and plays between 2000 and 2200 (GMT) on Saturday July 28 gets 1 million ISK and SP. I believe that's between 1500 and 1700 EST..

no, it's true... I had an empty slot and created a new character the other day.. He had over 2 million SP available to him.. Got him into Level 4 weapon solidly with a lot of other upgrades..
