Well, it must be. There's no where in the system to block a user. The only way I can is if I come across the a--hole in a game and open D-Pad Up for users and put'em on block that way.

After changing into another drop suit that has other items and when you die the first drop suit that your were in has been wiped out too. So, essentially I change from one to another and when I die I loose both.
