Last wipe characters weren't deleted, they just had SP ISK and Inventory wiped, so I'm pretty sure corps will remain, they'll just have their wallets wiped.

Personally the thing I want most is to see Value of ISK you destroyed/Value of ISK you lost. This could definitely encourage players to play AV as these units tend to be very useful but not necessarily that effective in ensuring a good KDR.
