Sometimes you hold R1 and when one of these three things happen while shooting : Dying, Match Ending, LaLagging then the rail rifle shoots automatically even when trigger is released, and the kick animation shakes the screen, and the weapon reload...

The reason why the game freezes like that is because of too many chat channels. I recommend deleting some chat channels that you have, keep it limited to 2-4 channels. The above solution fixed this for me.

PS3 froze and I had to restore it, deleting everything on it. However since Dust is an online game , and if possible can I sign in and use my characters again? I reinstalled Dust but cant get pasf 18% sync! Downloaded files corrupt!?

Yes this happened to me too, i figured the solution quickly. I fixed it by editing the fittings but not actually changing them (or you could just add/switch module, still works). Change one thing and it should be valid again. Hope this helps
