I just did some quick maths . In a perfect storm situation: if all 6 plasma cannon users used 3 complex damage mods and had 3 proficiency vs a shield vehicle Damage = 10,296 or so.

Imagine a giant revolver. Kind of like a cross between the HMG and the mass driver. But with plasma cannon rounds. You can shoot 6 before you have to reload. Not only would this weapon be hilarious and fun but also would eat shield tanks and such....
