After the 1.4. update I have noticed increase in militia weapons in kill-feed grow greatly. Some kind of tweaks should be done, but IMO not as drastically as 20/10% reduction to everything you stated.

I got crazy lucky in 1.3. when I got 3 headshot kills in 2 seconds somehow. Still don't quite understand how that happened. Enemies were just lined up and softened nicely when I got them.
