I survived for a full 5 minutes against 2 LAV trying to road kill me, one of them nearly lose all of it's shields bushing into a wall.. and at the end i got kill by a Sniper guy... that is the most memorable memory i have.

Actually... this is quite a big update from CCP, not as big as it could be or it should be, but definitely a steep forwards. I half hoping this is the start of more meaningful updates.. you know what they say ; Better late than never.

Personally i will use a Changeable Tax system ... ; - Low Taxes or none taxes in times of peace. - High Taxation in War times. Obviously letting my members know that we are at war, and taxation will be considerably higher.
