I think 1.8 has actually been an overall good patch. But I think some aspects will need to be addressed and will become more apparent as we settle into 1.8

That being said... people are seeing me when still very easily when cloaked. I think the crosshair going red may be a tad unfair for cloaky scouts? What do you guys think?

Does anyone know how many SP's it will take to max out cloaking? Does anyone know if the cloaking skill grant a bonus? For example, 2% PG/CPU reduction per level or something like 2% reduction to cool down per level?
