Damps are useless. You'd be better off running an assault scout with plate/extenders and a rifle. Use a cloak only to get closer to enemy, just not too close. You will rarely need it tbh.

If you are ever going to play near downtime, play your past battle half an hour earlier. It will take a minute or so to que and you have enough time to finish. I doubt I have ever played 2 matches
