Actually, after a few minutes it does respawn. I am in Australia playing on American servers (another issue altogether) - could this be the reason?

Once I select a place to respawn, it counts down and then nothing happens. I'm stuck at the screen for the rest of the match. The only way to continue is to leave, which is less than desirable. Please fix. Thanks.
