Time spent on the ground in the bleed out state is deducted from time spent waiting to spawn, but doesn't go below 3 seconds. I am perfectly happy with the way spawn times are.

Breach was OP, and overused, so it got nerfed. It was severely overnerfed, so now its crap; lower DPS, and lower damage per mag than basic. Funny thing is, it still costs more. I'm hoping the breach will have less recoil than the basic to make it ...
