3 complex Damage mods and at least 5% extra warbarge damage should make the damage profile against armor almost if not 100%. Try a 3 complex damage mods on a min commando and tell me that won't eat through shields aswell lol.

Make them take up bandwidth and have them have a max carried limit. No more perma scanning trash. There is no strategy behind sitting at a supply depot with a pro gal logi and spamming scanners.

You networking know it alls explain this to me. I plugged my modem to my ps3, now I'm averaging about 45-50 mbps download, 5-6 mbps upload with an average ping of 10-20 ms. Still lagging like hell against oh I don't know central and South American...
