Its true that the Gallente may mean to be armour tanker but I believe that it is the Reactive Armour plates the Gallente are supposed to stack as well as the Armour Repair units. While Uprising hasnt given us the full complement of armour gadgets ...

Look I can speculate that you will be able to stack various bonuses to the Nova Knives in Uprisiing but I have no real Idea if this will turn out to be the case perhaps at some point the NK will be relagated to a module slot that alters the melee ...
