On it's own. Like when I log in to Dust the game activates voice in a random chat room. I can do that just fine on my own. If the game going to do this it should be corp chat not random.

Just saying Caldari need another Dropsuit to spec in to . All they have is Medium Assault and Logistcs the same as the rest but the rest also have another Dropsuit they can spec in to Light or Heavy.
