I don't see why SP won't be reimbursed, I do know that when issues arose in EVE with extended downtimes and issues that if enough of a fuss is kicked up then CCP sorted out giving SP back. I will update as to their response when one is received a...

Well hopefully I'll be more fortunate. I can't see how reimbursing would be an issue, if others don't spot it they stand to lose a lot of sp which I'd consider highly unfair for newer players.
